Guillotine Splicer for S8, Super 8 400'--Where Buy

I've searched a lot for the Guillotine S8 splicer, plastic version, but 
haven't found any. I'd like to get some Gepe 400' film reels, but see
almost 
every other length.

Are there other S8 NGs, or Yahoo Groups?
