I have a tivo3 HD in the living room. Sometimes I would like to view the
recorded programs in my bedroom upstairs. What are the different ways to
do
that, assuming I have ethernet outlet at the bedroom?
I could install tivo desktop on a laptop, and use that to download and
view.
However, watching TV on a laptop just doesn't feel very comfortable.
I assume if I buy another Tivo HD, I would be able to access the first
Tivo's program remotely? Can I do this without buying another Tivo
subscription?
Or maybe some sort of video relay, plus a remote control relay so that I
would be controlling the Tivo remotely and the video would be streamed to
a
receiver in the bedroom.
