Slow Amazon unbox

So I took advantage of the free "Slacker Unrising" to test out how well
Amazon Unbox works on my TiVo HD.

My TiVoHD is wired to a 100Mbit switch, and connected via Verizon FIOS
at 20Mbit/s to the internet.  (I actually achieve 20Mbit/s on downloads
in testing).

Following numbers come from TiVo's network setting screens
       Tested: 9/28
      Started: 2104
        Ended: 2238
     Duration: 1hr 31m 59s
Average speed: 3.22Mb/s

The film is 1:40 long (2.18GB)

That's a VERY poor download speed; barely better than real-time.  Is this
normal for Amazon Unbox?

(Compare that to Netflix and my friend's Roku, also on FIOS, on the same
Verizon /24 network segment where real time viewing is possible... just
a shame they have nothing worth watching!)

As this rate I'm not very likely to use Unbox; if I want to rent something
it's to watch _now_, not at some time in the undetermined future.
