My dish has quit moving

At this point I don't know whether the actuator has gone bad or if 
there's a problem with my DSR-922

Is there any kind of fuse inside the 922 that I can check?

I know there's a way to check for voltage coming off the M1/M2 
terminals, but if I'm not mistaken don't I have to fake the receiver 
into thinking it's getting pulses?  How is this done?  And what should 
the voltage be for the actuator?  Is it 36VDC?

I also know it may be in the wiring, so I'll need to test the voltages 
at the dish end of those.

Anything else I should test before I declare the actuator bad (which I'm 
kinda' hoping it is, since it's the less expensive of the two)?
