fta satellite receiver problem

Hi,

I have a coolsat 7000 fta satellite receiver. Now my problem is I
cannot get any satellite frequency. The lnb has the power on ... Can
you give me some info to correct this problem. If any of you guys know
a site where i can diagnose this problem please send me the link....
